Here are certain important information:
EVENT KIT PICK-UP INFORMATION
As the first step towards the Event day, we invite you to come and collect your Event Day kit on 21st December, 11:00am to 6:00pm, from Celebration Banquet, H1-Civil Township, (above Curry Pot Restaurant) Rourkela.
Carry Counterfoil of registration form while collecting Event Day Kit.
EVENT DAY PARKING & TRAFFIC
Event Day Parking is available at Sector 13 field, Rourkela.
ARRIVE EARLY! Please plan to be at the venue at least 60 minutes before the schedule start time to give yourself plenty of time to Collect/Check bike and to participate in Fun Filled Pre Ride Warm up exercises.
EVENT COURSE/ROUTE
All Event categories start from the SECTOR 13 FIELD. The route maps are attached.
Traffic on one side of the road will be closed during the event (subject to final police approvals)
AID STATIONS
The Aid station is at approximately 5 KM and then at every 5 KM mark. The aid stations on the course will have water and/or ORS Drinks & First Aid Kits. To keep the aid stations from being congested, continue on to the last table and PLEASE KEEP MOVING.
SAFETY GUIDELINES
The organizers shall not be responsible for the safety of the Participants, We Strongly recommend every rider uses adequate safety gear.
FINISH RESULTS and CERTIFICATES
Race day and final results for the 1st three finishers will be available within 15 minutes of completion of the race, and all the finishers in non race event will be provided Certificates at the Finish point.
AFTER THE FINISH
Post race/event at the field will be a festive time with entertainment, refreshments and shared experiences. Please do not litter. Use dustbins to discard paper, polythene, food packets, etc.
